I asked Service Dept and General Manager if they could close my sliding door on Dodge Ram Van 2016. It’s an easy deal for a mechanic to close with their hands, I’ve been driving all summer with door slightly open due to gas door malfunction They said No they can’t help without money, The light in Van goes on and off and Alarm of door open on dash all summer. Im an elderly woman who’s family has been in Canon since 1892 and need some community service from this group. $Shame on them$. Money is the name of game and their product shouldn’t have failed me.
