I found a new Silverado 1500 I liked on their website and reached out to test drive it. They responded right away and set up a time, communication was fast and easy. When I got there, Arturo was waiting and showed me right to the truck. He walked me through it and we went on a test drive. When I was ready to buy I returned to the dealer and Arturo had already addressed my minor concerns. Arturo and Vic worked with me to get to a price I was comfortable with. When it came to financing I already had pre approval at an excellent rate from a local credit union, but I gave James in finance a chance to meet or beat it.
