I did quite a bit of searching for the best deal and these guys beat everyone. Customer service was great from the get go. No one was pushy and they have been very accommodating with getting accessories added. Shout out to Alex and Jovanni for helping me get the vehicle. 5/5 business, I even had a great experience talking with Phil in finance!

I've been putting off buying a new vehicle for a couple years now because who likes having a car payment, but finally started. I've never bought a new vehicle and had a couple very specific vehicles in mind. Ended up going to a couple dealers with no luck. Then found a vehicle at City Jeep and reached out. Dannica is the salesperson that contacted me. I was on vacation so wasn't very responsive but she stayed persistent. I was able to come in today and she met my wife and I right away. She had the vehicle pulled inside as it was raining and snowing. She explained everything clearly and had such a good energy about her. Even when I got a bit short during negotiations. A true pro. Needless to say, I drove away with that vehicle and am extremely satisfied. I'll say the finance person, Phil, was also a pleasure. Not pushy, just thorough and ensuring we understood all the various options. My wife needs a vehicle so we'll definitely be coming back to Dannica!

Dave and the team at City were great. We’re very happy with our new Jeep! Despite stopping in on a very busy day, everyone was courteous, friendly, and professional. This is our second purchase from City in the last 3 months and both experiences were great! Totally recommend.

**Update** I originally gave this dealership a one star review. See my below comments. The Director of Sales reached out to me. I had a pleasant conversation with him and worked out a suitable deal on the vehicle I wanted. I reluctantly returned to the dealership and purchased the vehicle. The return visit felt more transparent, possibly because they knew I was an informed buyer. I can’t in good conscience give them a 5 star review due to the initial experience however, I did return and buy a vehicle and the return visit was much better. If you’re buying a vehicle from any dealership, educate yourself! This was the first dealership I’ve encountered that tried to charge me for repairs and maintenance they completed after acquiring the vehicle for their lot. The vehicle was being sold as a Certified Pre-Owned, so I expected those inspections and repairs to already be part of the dealerships responsibility and reflected in the sale price. Instead, they provided a breakdown of services like an oil/filter change, tire rotation, new tires, and even $60 wiper blades, as if those expenses should be passed directly on to the buyer. The vehicle also had a crack in the windshield that we mentioned, yet the sales manager presented replacing it as though they were doing us a favor by covering the cost. Throughout the process, he repeatedly emphasized that we were “getting a deal” because they were only charging $891 for the maintenance, despite claiming the total work amounted to around $2000. Overall, the experience felt misleading and left a poor impression. Our sales person Jovanni was nice to work with and would have liked to give the young man a sale. The sales manager ruined it.

Anthony was an excellent help with purchasing my new car! Everyone that worked on the deal was professional, straight forward, and easy to work with. Not a whole lot of games when it came to the price of the car. I was able to get the price I wanted that was advertised online with a little negotiation. Very competitive pricing on vehicles. Would buy another car again from them!
