Today I had the pleasure of working with the team at City Vw of Evanston. Randy was my sales person and he did a fantastic job of making sure that we got the right vehicle. The whole team went above and beyond to make the whole process as transparent, stress-free, and simple as possible. Randy even drove to my office to pick me up for the test drive! When it comes time to purchase my next vehicle (an Arteon), I’m driving the ~200 miles to come back to City VW to work with Randy and the team.

He was personable and even fun throughout the process, consistently following up, accommodating our schedules, and even coming in on his day off to help us. If I could give 10 stars for Ian I would. Ian was not only knowledgeable and attentive, but also consistently friendly, compassionate and approachable throughout the entire process. I was especially impressed by his follow-up and commitment to ensuring that all my questions and concerns were addressed.
