Saw a car online here went to take a look. I felt they had a fair price and the car was in good shape. Was in and out in about 1.5 hours. Bob was easy to deal with not high pressure.

He was responsive, and got back to us quickly. The car was exactly as described. He was honest in all the dealings we had with him. He was well organized, knowledgeable, honest and friendly. If we ever need another used car we would go here first!

Drove from northern mich to buy a mercury mountain from them. manager Bob Harvey assured me over the phone that it had no mechanical issues at all said all wheel drive and everything worked as it should said he tested the all wheel drive himself and it did fine I drive the 6 hours there buy the mercury and find out the next day all wheel drive don't work and no way it worked when he tested it cause it was missing the front drive shaft and had a bad wheel speed sensor I would not recommend my worst enemy to this place they are liers and scam artist they had no problem ripping off a us vet I bought the mercury for my wife's birthday so she had a good vehicle for northern Michigan weather sucks paid over blue book cause I thought I was getting a deal and got screwed

Car's brakes basically fell apart after 2 weeks of normal use. Was assured the brakes had been checked. Major safety issue, nearly got me killed and I was assured the vehicle was safe to drive.
