We brought our car there for routine maintenance, was then called after hr and half telling us our breaks and rotors needed to be replaced, they insisted we have it done today cause it's cheaper we must do shopping as we're from over an hr away from here and they told us on the phone they would provide us with a loaner. We get inside to get our loaner shopping bags in hand and were turned away cause we're not over 25. Pays an arm and a leg for service warranty and other things but we're too young for a loaner something naint right there shouldn't nbe allowed to buy a car and not be giving a loaner due to our age

Good service. Friendly staff. I always feel welcome here. Their prices are pretty standard for a dealer but I find that they go above and beyond here and make you feel like a valuable customer.

Michelle and Rayleen were incredibly helpful, throughout the whole process. We came from out of town and the helpful communicatin and quick question answering started before we even arrived. This whole process took no longer than 2 hours to purchase a used vehicle that they were quick to find the information for that they didn't have through their internal system as it was not a Honda. We cannot recommend them more! We had an incredible experience at Clarenville Honda, which felt like home after 5 minutes of being there! :)
