​I had a 10:00 AM appointment for service and dropped my vehicle off. Despite the scheduled time, my car sat untouched for five and a half hours. I attempted to call the service department three times throughout the day for an update, but no one answered. ​When I arrived at 3:30 PM to find my car still hadn't been serviced, I expressed my disappointment. Instead of an apology or a solution, the manager told me that if I didn't like the service, I should "take my business somewhere else." I will be following that advice and recommend others do the same. Completely unprofessional management and zero respect for a customer's time.

⭐ One Star – Worst Used Vehicle Selling Experience I had one of the worst experiences selling a used vehicle at Clarington Honda. From the beginning, the process was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. They thoroughly checked everything to confirm I was a genuine seller—ownership, vehicle condition, and Carfax—which is fine. However, after that, I was left waiting for almost two hours just for them to prepare an offer, with no proper communication or updates during that time. Eventually, they casually presented me with a very poor offer, without any explanation or willingness to discuss it. I went in expecting a proper negotiation and a transparent process, but instead, my time was completely wasted. The only reason I visited this dealership was because one of their sales agents, Yihang Ma, reached out to me on Facebook Marketplace and gave me an approximate value that sounded reasonable—honestly, even surprisingly good for a dealership. I was fully prepared to accept a $1,000–$2,000 lower price than private sale for peace of mind and convenience. Unfortunately, that was not the reality at all. To make things worse, another staff member, Jeff, told me their system was not working and that the process might be completed “tomorrow.” No one clearly communicated this until I personally asked what was happening. After wasting two hours, I was basically left with no option but to leave. There was no professionalism, no respect for my time, and no transparency throughout the process. If you are planning to sell your vehicle, I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership. There are far better places that value customers’ time and communicate honestly. Extremely disappointing experience.
