Classic Buick GMC

Would not recommend buying from this dealership. Very rude and pushy finance department and my "new" vehicle came with a poorly patched tire that now needs replacing and microscratches on the finish from improper detailing. When I asked what they could do for me at purchase the finance guy replied - "have you ever owned a black car? Every blemish is going to show." They've also denied that the tire was patched by them. Just another stereotypical shady dealership.

Five stars to the Sales people who felt like family, each one helping the other. They made the buying experience pleasurable and I would do business within them any day. The finance team, however, did not explain all my extra charges and quickly pushed the paperwork through. When I tried to look through, I was not given that opportunity. Upon arrival at home, I realized why. There were 2100 extra charges , 650 was for the “free” oil changes for 2 years. Sounds a little crooked or someone needs to explain what free really means.

My GMC stop running out of the blue with code P129 and I was told it could be 3 weeks or 3 months. Jared got me into a rental car an had my truck picked up the same day👍🏻 Knowing I need the vehicle, my service writer Jared had my truck fixed in 3 days. Jared takes great care of me @ Classic GMC/Chevy Back on the Road😎🤘🏻

Really great experience we had with Alejandro G. He is very knowledgeable and made the process smooth and enjoyable. 10/10 recommend, is he’s not it wait for him to come back you won’t regret it!

Great people at Classic, I bought a used Ram 2500 from Willie Coleman and he was very knowledgable about the truck. The truck was fully serviced and looked new. I had an issue with the truck after I brought it home, but they were quick to get me in and make it right. Will be coming to see them in the future, thanks guys.
