Scheduling an appointment via online communication is a joke. Calling isn't much better. However, I dropped in and everything went well. Cody was professional and kind, both of which I appreciate tremendously. I left my iPad behind. I don't know if I left it on the bench outside or in the vehicle which took me home. It was waiting on me when I got back to pick up my vehicle! So thankful for that! Cody closed out the process just as professionally as he started. *Renee was a great transport tech! Great experience. Now if you can lower your cost that would be excellent.

I went to get my car serviced and my friend and i saw a beautiful car a 2026 Buick Enclave, 3 row seats, all the things you love on it and priced, (I'll say nicely) see Mr. Tommareio Martin the client manager, I may be back one day and get it. Look for me. I have a 2021GMC Terrain and I love it. a change is coming though., all that are looking for a new ride go see him.

Hands down the most disappointing service experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. Communication was almost nonexistent, and when I asked to speak with the service manager, I was told they were too busy. I expected at least a basic level of professionalism, but that never happened. I’ll be filing a complaint with the BBB, and I strongly suggest taking your vehicle elsewhere if you value your time and money. When I finally picked it up, the check engine light came back on before I even made it to the gas station. I turned around and went straight back, only to be told they didn’t know when they could even look at it again. That was the last straw. I then called Morgan GMC in Bossier City, and they immediately diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and scheduled me for next week. That’s what real customer service looks like. Update: After I expressed how frustrated I was and mentioned leaving reviews, the service manager did reach out. She was professional, understanding, and genuinely tried to make things right — and I respect that — but unfortunately, the damage had already been done.

While driving from Montana to Tennessee the thermostat on our GMC Acadia went out. 7:30am we drove to the nearest GMC dealership which was Gregg Orr in Texarkana. The service tech Dillon got us in right away to troubleshoot the problem. Our vehicle was fixed the same day. They provided a courtesy driver to take us to our choice of lunch spots and picked us up when we done. They even washed our car! Back on the road the sanme day. Wonderful folks. So much better than the dealership we bought the Acadia from in Montana!

Misdiagnosed problem failed to resolve issue. $2175.00 to replace a hose and was lied to about having a new Ac compressor installed. Then after complaining they wanted to discount the compressor which would cost another $1370.00 of pocket this time. After agreeing to it we told them that would pursue a court case in the matter of still having to pay even though the problem was never with made right. At that point we were told to just come pick up the vehicle they was touching it again! Went to another place of buisness and it was $500.00 cheaper and it had nothing to do with the Ac compressor other than classic taking the refrigerant out of the air compressor and never putting it back in before I picked it up it was the fan so the technician at this property and this buisness is very untrustworthy and pay close attention to your paperwork throughout your entire experience with them
