CLASSIC CADILLAC GALVESTON

By far the best car purchase I have ever been involved with. My salesman, Mark Leslie, answered all my questions and walked me through the features of the 2 Cadillacs I was interested in and made my decision easier. I got the car I wanted with the options I was looking for and was in and out in 2.5 hours. The finance manager, Terry Newell, put the finishing touches on the deal and was able to find a deal better than my bank and that has never happened. My Wife & I have been in the Cadillac Family for many years now. ( Ron Carter/ Big Star..etc.) So we just recently purchased a 2025 Escalade last year from Classic Cadillac with Bridgete Segura. Well still to this day when we have issues trying to use different features on our dash, Bridgete is a person we can rely on to support our needs. We can give her a call and she can walk us through pretty much every feature by phone. It’s nice to know that there’s still salespeople out there that Care about their past customers. We weren't planning on buying yet but they had the exact car we wanted xt5, 3.6, crystal white and the light interior. Then Steve was so knowledgeable and explained pretty much everything on the car so we sat down, agreed on a price and bought it. Couldn't be happier, thanks Steve and team!

It wasn't a great day. I wanted to buy a Cadillac Escalade or Chevy Tahoe. I was outside long enough to walk and look at every row of truck and suv they had, yet in all that time, no one approached me to ask if I would like to look at a truck or test drive a truck, ....nothing....no contact at all. This was around 2.15 pm, 11/28/25. So, I got in my car and left. Went to Cadillac dealer in Friendswood, and to my surprise, same experience, no salesman bothered to come out and speak to me. After about 20 minutes, I left and went to a Chevy dealership in Webster. I don't think I was even all the way out of my car before a salesman was helping me see a couple of vehicles. I ended up buying a Chevy High Country Suburban.
