I was delighted to discover that the overall experience remains unchanged after nearly 17 years! Chloe, my salesperson, was exceptional. She was aware of my limited time and prepared accordingly. Her personality matched mine, making me feel at ease from the start. This is a quality that should be instilled in all salespeople. Despite my limited time, I never felt rushed. When Chloe took me to wait for finance, I had just enough time to make myself a cup of hot chocolate before he was ready. There was no unnecessary back-and-forth; instead, we communicated directly and understood each other. He knew exactly what I needed and took care of me. As expected, it was the smoothest vehicle purchase I’ve ever had. I got the truck I wanted at the price and payment I desired. After making multiple calls and reviewing different dealerships I decided to reach out to Classic Chevrolet in Grapevine. Ivan answered my call and promptly responded to my inquiry; he remained my point of contact throughout the sales process.
