Classic Chevrolet OKC

I was a little skeptical about bringing my 2026 Chevrolet Silverado to Classic Chevrolet for its first oil change. I had purchased the truck from another dealership, but Classic Chevrolet was much closer to my home and was able to get me in quickly through the MyChevrolet app. From the moment I pulled into the service lane at 8 AM, I was greeted professionally by Shaun Payne, and the experience from there was far above exceptional. My service advisor, Gary Millican, came out promptly, went over everything thoroughly, and made the entire process smooth and easy. What stood out the most was that even after I mentioned I didn’t purchase the truck there, they still treated me like a valued customer from start to finish. The service was fast, professional, and courteous, and the waiting experience was great as well. Based on my personal experience, I will definitely be returning to Classic Chevrolet for my future service needs and vehicle upgrades. Great customer service goes a long way, and this team absolutely delivered. Thank you Classic Team !

The owner was there to greet me at the door and everyone in the dealership were very friendly atmosphere and it felt like home. I left with a new car Derek Dorsey was my salesman aka Papaw and I also brought my wife in with me to be there during the process but she also got a new car as well. We appreciate everyone on the Classic Chevrolet team on helping me and my wife leave in style.

We were returning to Arizona towing a Racecar trailer when our Silverado had an issue we were stranded I called several dealers in the area explained our situation and they wanted two days just to look at it. I called service at Classic Chevrolet and he said bring it in and they would take a look when we got there. They found the problem had the parts and got it repaired and got us on our way. It’s nice to know there are still a few businesses who care
