I've been to a number of Chevy dealers like Mac Haik, Team Gilman, other Classics but Classic Elite Sugar Land easily takes the cake. I wish I bought my Bolt here instead. The advisors don't look at you like the enemy, they treat you like a human. I was gonna swear off the whole EV experience and stick to my diesel but the guys here saved the day and they'll definitely take care of you. Special shout outs to Irineo Sanchez, my service advisor for taking care of my vehicle, keeping me updated, and putting me in a EV rental. I got to try out one of their newer Ultium EV models and it was an amazing ride. Simple plug-and-play. Latest features and tech. Also thanks to the courtesy rental guy for checking to see if I had any belongings left behind. And final thanks to the EV techs for fixing my car and putting on new ElectricDrive2 tires.
