I initially came in to trade in my vehicle for a used vehicle but ended leaving in a new truck because my salesman (Enrique Smith) went above and beyond. He explained to me that the interest rates are a lot lower on the newer vehicles so it made sense to get a new vehicle to take advantage of their rebates and offers, especially since I was upside down on my trade-in. The process didn't take long at all and I have to say that Leo Rodriguez in Finance got me the best deal and gave me great advice on how to make my payments in order to continue to increase my credit. I had a great experience purchasing my new truck thanks to the friendly staff and excellent customer service at this dealership. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys!

Definitely recommend! 10/10! Jose M. was very thorough throughout the whole process. I knew which car I wanted but he still gave me the option to look at other cars that I liked while I was there. He made me feel like I was being taken care of by explaining every feature of the car and even staying after hours to confirm the process went smoothly. Very happy with my purchase!

We were car-shopping for my Daughter. She test-drove the car she liked and after only a few minutes of negotiating - I was happy with the price we agreed upon for the car. The car was in gorgeous shape - and Classic offered me a fair price for my Trade-in as well. But most importantly, was the young Sales Person - Matthew. He was the most polite and personable young man i've ever met in a dealership. He was highly professional too - which made the entire experience super pleasant. We had a few items/tasks outstanding after the purchase - and his word was as good as gold. Let's face it - buying a car is super stressful - and it's often not very enjoyable... I don't know about you - but it always feels like such a hassle. This was not the case here. We found the car we loved - paid a price we thought was fair - and were treated very well every step of the way. Classic Chevrolet Houston did an excellent job. I have absolutely no complaints. The service was fast, efficient, and the complimentary car wash afterward was a great touch. I was treated with respect from start to finish, and the waiting area was clean, comfortable, and pleasant while my car was being repaired. This experience definitely earned my repeat business.
