To me buying a car is a whooping. However Troy Scott made it extremely tolerable. Yes that is in a good way. Troy was great to work with, easy to talk with, knowledgeable and he tolerated our 2 dogs. As did so many others there. Haha. Only complaint is they were busy so we had to wait our turn. 😜Thank you Classic Chevrolet. 💋

I really enjoy coming here and bringing my GMC Acadia for service. Jacob in service usually can fit me in at the last minute! I have stopped going to Autonation Chevy due to them canceling my appt, etc. I really appreciate the prompt response/service I receive from Classic!

Interested in purchasing a new truck, stopped by the lot to browse. I know the market is very competitive as it’s switched to more of a buyers market. I spoke with a tenured salesmen. Throughout the interaction, I had stated my position on what I wanted and were I was at price wise (what I’m willing to spend). I was quite shocked at the arrogance, ignorance and frankly lack of respect shown by a guy stating he had 20 plus years on the job. He was generally decent, just said a lot of pointed and untrue statements. Know your audience! Needless to say, the negotiation was one sided and therefore, no deal! Customers call the shots! All I’ve heard is that Classic Chevrolet is #1 in sales. The offer I made Classic Fleet, was accepted at Jerry’s Chevrolet! In this case Jerry’s is #1. I wouldn’t buy a pack of gum from the guy I spoke with. Beware of Classic Chevrolet as they are simply not what they once were in the business. It takes way more than just inventory. I used to think and tell everyone Classic was the place to buy Chevy. What I’ve seen over the years is such dirty, typical cars sales trash and games, the name has now become synonymous with dirty games, hurting customers and their families. Interestingly, Classic touts their #1 ranking so often, that many other Chevy dealers have stepped up to compete and even beat Classic deals. Many of these dealers are doing business in a much more honest and transparent way, just trying to take care of the customer and dealer reputation. Something Classic Chevrolet has lost. You’ve earned it!

Classic Chevrolet is top notch. My salesman Carl Roberts was professional and very helpful. Never pressured me at all. Made me feel comfortable buying a vehicle. This is my second vehicle purchased from Classic Chevrolet and I am a life long customer for sure.
