Where do I even begin? I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Classic Ford Broncos and my Bronco itself. It has honestly been one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. From the very beginning, the team made the process fun and enjoyable. I spent a lot of time looking at Broncos from different companies, but I kept coming back to Classic Ford Broncos. Their builds stood out to me, and their website immediately pulled me in with how easy it was to navigate through everything. Nate was fantastic throughout the entire process. He was incredibly responsive, answered every question I had, and made me feel comfortable making such a significant purchase. I was new to all this and he made it so easy. Any minor issue that came up after delivery was handled quickly and professionally. Nate stayed on top of everything, and in the end, the results were even better than I expected. The Bronco itself is exceptional and solid! They do an incredible job keeping the originality and character of these classic vehicles while adding stylish modern touches that make them really stand out. My favorite thing about it is the way it sounds and the way it drives. I’ve received countless compliments on my Bronco and I still find myself turning around to look at it when I park. Whenever I get behind the wheel, it instantly makes my day better. It’s a fun and freeing experience every single time. I highly recommend Classic Ford Broncos. I would strongly discourage attempting to work with Classic Ford Broncos. My experience was as follows: I tried to order some materials from them and after Bryan confirmed their ability to complete the order, they ghosted my attempts to contact them to actually make the order. I called around 6-7 times over the next week to attempt the order (the project these materials were for was time-sensitive) then gave up as there was no response. About a week and a half later, I got a call from Bryan saying they did not want to do business. Very frustrating as the project these materials were for was again, time-sensitive. At the end of the day, they have a nice website but horrendous customer service and correspondence. **In response to owner** On our initial call, you confirmed that I could order the materials and you said you would promptly follow-up and ship said materials. I understand vender confidentiality, but once you communicate the option to acquire those materials and don't follow through, that's where I become frustrated. Especially after no response for over a week on a time-sensitive matter. Also, you don't have a receptionist. It's an outsourced call center that gives you a different person every time so they never remembered why I was calling and I never got the same person twice. I admit, that was a little frustrating but I was not rude. If you're not willing to sell materials, that's fine. But don't string customers on by guaranteeing something you won't follow through with.

The quality of the builds that Bryan and his team take on are impeccable . Every detail en some. is so well thought out and executed to perfection. If you want a Bronco that will turn heads and make your buddies jealous, Bryan and his team will make that happen and then some. Plus Bryan always seems to have something crazy cool around the shop that you have to check out.
