Classic Ford Galveston

Wonderful experience! I have been taking my other Ford vehicle to Classic for about 5 years. Stopped in on a Sunday just to look at new F150’s. Sales department was so easy to work with ended up leasing a new truck! In and out in a very timely manner!!! Very highly recommend!

I’ve intentionally waited over a year before posting this review to give Classic Ford Galveston every opportunity to correct these issues. The pattern never changed. I purchased my F-250 specifically because I was told it qualified for their “Gold” program and still carried factory warranty coverage up to 100,000 miles. That representation is the only reason I agreed to pay more — I could have purchased a comparable truck for nearly $10,000 less elsewhere. When I later brought it in for service, I discovered the factory warranty that was verbally promised did not exist. The paperwork conveniently does not reflect what was represented during the sale. That is extremely concerning. Within days of purchase, I had to replace both batteries. The rear camera wasn’t functioning. There was roof damage that was never disclosed. Despite this supposedly passing a “Gold Standard Inspection.” I also had to physically produce the signed “We Owe” document just to get them to honor repairs they initially resisted completing. They installed a spray-in bed liner that began bubbling within three months due to improper prep (confirmed by a reputable paint and body shop). They re-sprayed it under warranty, and now it’s discolored and still incorrect. I was told management would follow up. No one ever did. This isn’t about minor issues. It’s about misrepresentation during the sale, poor quality control, and zero accountability afterward. If management would like to actually address this directly instead of posting a generic response, I am open to a real conversation. Based on my experience, I would not recommend doing business here.

Just picked up a GTI from Classic Ford and honestly it was a really good experience. Don was my salesperson and he was super easy to work He answered my questions and just kept everything simple.
