Octavius is top notch. He was very patient as I test drove 3 different trucks trying to decide exactly what I wanted, knowing I wasn't planning to purchase a truck for another few months. Well, the next day I made a call and 2 days later I was picking up my new ride. Octavius got me an answer to every question I had in a timely manner. Shout out to Averianna and Lou for their part in the process. Very pleasant buying experience.
It was off to a rocky start, But thanks to Austin and Jimil, our experience was awesome. So We Bought Both Of These. Great customer service and awesome vehicle selection. They go over everything and make you feel like Family there. They have forever earned our business.
Showed up to look at a used truck met my salesman Roger amazing guy great personality ended up leaving with a brand new bronco! They made my wife and I feel like family easy very easy purchase start to finish! Couldn’t be happier and highly recommend this dealership!
Before Purchasing a Ford eco sport, I had no idea what chaos would ensue. If I could go back in time, I would have never done it. With that being said, due to the recall, it hasn’t been running for well over a year. Even with their interim repair. This is what they did during their interim repair, this is the quality of work my car received. From me paying out of pocket for a rental (I was told it would be reimbursed, it never was). To my car never being truly fixed, to knowing they didn’t fix anything but butchered everything. I will never buy from ford again, get any repairs or maintenance done at any ford dealership… especially not classic ford of Smithfield. I have also told everyone around me, because I personally know two others who had the same experience and had to sell!
There's nothing they could have done to make my experience any better Abriana was amazing! And so was the gentleman helping me everything. It was refreshing to have such wonderful customer service! Keep up the great work. Highly recommended if you're looking a new vehicle!
