Classic Hampton Auto Mall

My service advisor is always helpful and responsive. I especially enjoy them utilizing Lyft instead of shuttle service.

This last time Jan 2026 I had the absolute best experience with Classic Hampton Auto Mall. They were extremely fast courteous and proficient. 5 STAR SERVICE!!

On or about early September I had a "10am appointment" for a state inspection. I was at work so I had a friend of mine take it and wait; long story short at 12:47 pm, my friend text to inform me my truck had not even been touched. He attempted to talk w/people in the service dept who was ruder than rude; as it escalated he asked to speak w/the service mgr and was told he was not available. I personally called myself and asked for mgr after explaining my concern and was told svc mgr was in the bay checking on my truck. I asked for him to give me a call, it is now a little over 30 days and I have yet to receive a call. I also asked to speak w/my service advisor after calling and leaving her a mesg and texting her to no avail; she did not pick up , return a call, nor text. It amazes me how any other time I've taken my vehicle here, w/n a day or so I get a survey via email; nope not this time. This service dept is trash! I overheard w/my own ears the way they spoke to my friend as he inquired in the service dept about my truck, even when it was finally done they told him not to worry about paying; lol that's funny, it was just 20.00 and nope he declined that offer and paid it b/c next they'll claim he tried to skip out on 20.00. I know it does not matter to this dealership but they NEVER have to worry about servicing my current vehicle nor me making a future purchase and yes I'll be spreading the word about your horrible customer service.
