I just bought my Brand New Honda Ridgeline and I completely Happy with the Truck Buying Experience. The sales guy Matt was highly knowledgeable, professional, and NOT pushy like other car salesmen. Dustin the financial guy was absolutely kind and helpful and bent over backwards to make me happy with my purchase. I bought a used Tundra from Classic. Robby, Nate and Benjamin were great. Robby fed me with info about the truck before I made the hour drive to look at it. Nate was my sales guy and really made the buying process easy. He was laid back, wasn't pushy at all and was a pleasant guy. He got me an out the door price I wanted and a fair price for my trade in. Benjamin got all the financial paperwork drawn up quickly, no hidden fees, no crap baked in. Just the price we settled on. After a couple signatures and swipe of a card, I had the keys. Buying a vehicle can really suck. Stress, tons of money, pushy reps. etc. Buying at Classic was great. I'm glad they had the truck I wanted in stock, they're a great team to work with.

Just buy your next car from Nate at Classic Honda! This is by far the best car dealership ever. I found a pre-owned car on their website, called immediately and was connected with Nate. Nate is amazingly responsive, able to handle most of my questions immediately and returning follow up calls within minutes. He is very capable, credible and sincere and instills trust and confidence. Through the whole process, it all felt too good to be true, but everything handled exactly as described all the way to delivery -- no surprises and two days after my initial call. I was also so impressed with the delivery preparation of an 8 year-old pre-owned car. Classic Honda thoroughly checked out this car, and had it as close to ‘new’ as possible – new brakes, tires, oil change, transmission fluid – even more that I’m forgetting. We needed a safe, reliable AWD car and feel confident that this is exactly what we got from Classic.

Ben was wonderful to work with! He spent as much time as necessary with me to go over a great car. I didn’t buy a car but it was a very fun experience with Ben. Alex was really nice to work with and super honest which I always appreciate! Highly recommend working with this dealership. When the time is right for me to buy a car, I will be visiting Honda of Streetsboro!
