Classic Hyundai

From the second I walked into Classic Hyundai, Mentor, Ohio I knew that I was at the right dealership at the perfect time. I was greeted by Dan K, he is superb, answered every question that I had. Our test drive with the XRT Pro had me sold. I ordered a white XRT and it arrived the following day. This is the best buying experience that I have ever had. Shopping for a lease with the right price, mileage, and term can be exhausting. Most dealerships avoid sharing the real numbers like residual value, selling price, or money factor, and many try to hide high down payments behind low monthly quotes. Classic Hyundai was the complete opposite. I spoke with Rachael for about 15 minutes, and she gave me a clear, straightforward deal that beat every other dealership I contacted. I went in the next day and drove the car home. The whole thing was finalised in just a few minutes. Rachael was fantastic to work with, and I wish I had found this dealership sooner. I would’ve had my car weeks ago. Highly recommend.

My wife and I went to Ken Gainley KIA of Medina. Drove from Eastlake Sunday morning and the experience was horrible. Bait and switch us, lied, and left a horrible impression on us. We went to Classic Hyundai and was greeted by Mike Nicholson. AND the experience was warm friendly and my wife drove away in a new 2026 Tucson less than 3 hrs later. My experience at Classic was exceptional. Rachael was my salesperson and she was awesome. She went through the vehicles I was interested and answered all my questions. No pressure just down to earth good service. This is my first time I was not pressured was able to take my time and I bought a brand Tucson. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Finance guy was great too. All in all go to classic and ask for Rachael and experience it for yourself.

We had a fabulous experience with John D! He was so helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. As a result my daughter leased her first car today!
