Classic Mazda Westside Cleveland

Had a great experience with Classic Mazda on Cleveland’s west side. We were offered a good deal on a vehicle, and the staff was very helpful throughout the process. Unfortunately, we had to cancel the purchase because we were moving to another state. A special shout-out to Justin for his excellent customer service. He was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. I appreciate all the help and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good deal and great service.

Going to a Mazda dealership was a new experience for us. My wife leases every three years. The last two cars she had was a Range Rover and a Mercedes. This time around with everything being so expensive she decided to do something different and decided to give Mazda a try. The experience was amazing. The features and Value of a Mazda cannot be beat. She got a 2026 CX 90 all black and we got a great deal without having to arm wrestle anyone. Our salesman Kevin Padilla was amazing and top notch. If you go to this dealership find him. You won’t be disappointed.

Classic Mazda could not have made the purchase of my vehicle any easier. I was in the market for a specific make/model and they happened to have a used one available at a very attractive price. Coming from almost 3 hours away, I called to confirm its availability and to ask that it be held until I could make it there. They were incredibly accommodating over the phone and even more so in person. Their description of the vehicle both in their online listing and over the phone was spot on and after over a week of driving I've had no surprises nor have I found any hidden issues. And, I don't expect any. I dealt with their salesman Mike Venditti who was courteous, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable regarding the car and its history. I couldn't be happier with the car or my experience with Classic Mazda. If you're in the market for a new or used vehicle, I would highly recommend Classic Mazda or any of their locations/brands.

I highly recommend this dealership (and this is coming from someone who typically despises the entire car buying process). My salesman Kevin and his manager was able to get me out of a way too expensive Chevy lease a year early. I ended up buying a certified pre-owned CX-5 with a much lower monthly payment and a low interest rate on top of that. The prices for the used vehicles seemed to be of great value as well. Thank you!
