I had a very misleading experience with this dealership while trying to buy a Ram 1500 Laramie Night Edition. Before making the trip, I spoke with saleswoman Kim and asked directly about both the online price and the wheels. She assured me that the online price was the price, and the pictures she texted me showed the truck with the 22-inch wheels that are part of the Night Edition package on the window sticker. When I arrived, the truck they were trying to sell me did not have the 22-inch Night Edition wheels. It had the stock 20-inch wheels instead. That is not a small detail — the wheels are a major part of the Night Edition package and one of the main reasons I was interested in that specific truck. When I brought it up, I was told the GM would not adjust the price and would not put the correct wheels on the truck for the VIN they were selling me. In other words, they represented the truck one way online and through text messages, then expected me to accept a different vehicle in person with missing equipment and no price adjustment. That felt like a bait-and-switch. The truck I was shown and assured about before arriving was not the truck they were actually trying to sell me. I left because I no longer trusted the deal. I would strongly caution buyers to verify every option in person before signing anything here, especially advertised packages like Night Edition. Do not rely only on the online listing, photos, text messages, or verbal assurances.

We had problems with our air suspension. My husband replaces the part at home but it didnt fix the problem, the computer needed to be reset. We took it here the next day. It sat in their service for a week. They kept saying theres a leak somewhere but they couldn't find it. They replaced a couple of fittings but still leaked. They suggested we buy a new suspension part and return the old one ans they would wait to release the truck and install new part to see if it would fix it. Their quote was ridiculous. Husband brought it home because they said it was, indeed, in drivable condition. That night he replaced the air suspension with a new one and when he took it off he saw that it had been ruptured. He called them the next day to let them know, it was not like this when it went in. They were completely unprofessional with him and called him a liar and refused to listen.

I went in hoping they could help me with a vehicle. Samuel was my go to person. He worked half a day putting a team together and getting me EXACTLY what I needed. They never gave up on me. Sam you're amazing and I appreciate you very much. The Team thank you also. And yess I love my little car!
