My experience was a 10/10! Mr. Randy made my car-buying process simple, comfortable, and stress-free. I truly appreciate his honesty and professionalism throughout the entire process. He was very attentive to detail and went above and beyond to ensure I left satisfied and with the car I wanted. Thank you so much again, Mr. Randy! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent car-buying experience.

Came in for an oil change and left needing a level 2 paint correction on a brand new corvette. There is still evidence they used some sort of wool like mitt/ towel on my car because there’s pieces of it stuck in the corvette emblem on the back!!! They even burned a part of the clear coat and that panel may need to be resprayed completely. Absolutely unacceptable. The service advisors and managers are cool but whoever touched my car absolutely needs to be fired. They have no business touching a car. I’m finally back in town and will be taking it up there soon so they can view the damages themselves like we talked about. At least 2k worth of damage for the paint correction alone. Not to mention the fact a new corvette even has to go through a paint correction! is insane and disheartening. Chevrolet (in general) has completely ruined my car buying experience. I was interested in the ZR1 too and I think I will be going with Porsche.

Would make this 0 stars if I could. Terrible experience!! Flew from Ohio to look at a car. Went to the wrong dealership, which was my fault. The manager at the dealership was trying to push me on a different car than the one I wanted, hard selling me on one that didn't have ANY of the features of the one I was trying to see. Once he realized I was not interested in buying a car from his store, he dropped my like a hot potato. Made it to the correct dealership, and looked at the one I came to see. Nice vehicle. Drove it and was happy with it. Got back to the dealership and noticed a smell, salesman told me it was probably nothing. I asked him how long they had the vehicle, and she said they had just taken it in the Friday before. Disappeared into the managers office to get the carfax. I looked through it and it showed they had it for over 2 months. I flew back home and mulled it over, then reached out to the salesman to make an offer. He said he would get back to me, and about an hour later, told me the car was sold. Fast forward to today, a different sales person called me and asked if I was interested in the car. I asked if it was still available, and he said he was looking at it out of the window of his office that very second. I am very disappointed in the tactics and utter dishonesty of almost everyone I dealt with in the entire company. Absolutely disgusted with the entire experience...gross

Young Chevrolet (Sheddrick (sales) and Britney (finance)) were amazing and made purchasing a vehicle painless! Would recommend them 100 percent… Sheddrick was very personable, great to work with, and was super open to answer all questions! Britney was super awesome working the finance and explaining everything needed as well as making sure the information given was understood! Would give 5 stars for all!!

I had a great experience at this dealership. The service was quick, professional, and communication was excellent throughout my visit. A special thank you to Anika for her outstanding customer service. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions while making sure I felt taken care of. Her professionalism and genuine willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier.
