The dealership receives polarized feedback, with satisfied customers praising the owner Tommy Moran for his personable service, willingness to work with buyers, and follow-up support on vehicle issues. However, some customers report significant problems including undisclosed mechanical defects, changed terms after purchase agreements, and unresolved dash malfunctions that resulted in costly repairs and legal action.
Whenever it is time to purchase a new car, a person often deals with a considerable amount of apprehension and anxiety. It's normal to experience these emotions since buying a car is usually the second biggest investment one can go through. At Clayton Motorsports, I found rather quickly that dealing with the owner, Tommy Moran, was actually a stress free transaction. Mr. Moran has the uncanny ability to make you feel like you have value and what you want is also important to him. He asks questions to see what you are searching for, and proceeds to do his absolute best in satisfying your needs. Mr. Moran is quite aware most of us buy cars every few years or longer. Since he does this every day, you couldn't be in a better person's hands.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE The Worst experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle but legal action is being taken, Check for Hidden lights and Codes on the dash, And Recalls Search the VIN And rub under the car for leaks or Just Save The Headache And Shop Somewhere Else…..
tommy is a good car man and will work with you
Horrible experience. Initially left Clayton Motorsports and was had agreed to a price with the salesman which was to include a new windshield due to cracks all the way across. I came back a few hours later after getting a cashier’s check. Price was the same, but did not include the windshield anymore. Next, as soon as I paid and drove off, an awful rattle that does not go away came from the dash. The AC can not be turned off and the radio does not work. Just to remove the dash will cost a lot of money. Tommy did care enough to call me, and did seem to care. However, just said “it sounds like it just needs some TLC.” TLC is a wash and shampoo the carpet. Not pay thousands to get it reasonably functional on problems that he knew existed and did not disclose. I read all the other raving reviews where he stands by his sale and seems to have been great to others. Wish I would’ve gotten the same service.
Tommy is a great guy. His team helped me with my new Tahoe. He sells clean cars and thinks about his clients. One of the AC actuator was acting up and I found out about it two days later. I called Tommy about it. He fixed it for no charge even I offered to pay for the part! He is a great businessman. I love my Tahoe!
