Bree was the best car salesmen I have ever worked with. She was very informative and took her time instead of rushing me to close the deal. I didn’t feel pushed into purchasing something I didn’t want nor did she try to upsell me. She was patient when I was trying to deal with my insurance and kept the conversation uplifting when I was on hold. Worst place to purchase a vehicle! Don’t do it! Please go somewhere else! They don’t uphold warranty, they have good shells but horrible quality under the hood!, When you get an initial price for a car, they will add $1000 to it and say the “finance company “ wants it! and get this, they split it up into two separate payments which is due a week after purchase!, they also attach a device to the car, so if you are late, they disable your car. They are rude, nonchalant, and say anything to get you off of the phone! I have been trying to get the a/c fixed along with other issues since Feb 7th 2026! After no one helping me I decided to go in, while I was there, 5 other people were there for repairs!! They had JUST purchased their vehicles too! I know how hard it is without transportation but PLEASE don’t spend your hard earned money here! I have an autistic son and a 45 minute to and from commute in this Louisiana heat, which I have expressed to them! They are currently under new management but I have not seen a difference!, it’s all about quick sales! Also, the new owner bought freon for my A/C and told me to get my man or brother to put it in!, I did, it didn’t work. They told me to go to pep-boys on Friday March 13 2026 for 7:30am, I did, those people had NO idea I was coming!! So today is 3/16/26 I emailed, texted and called! Still NO help. Do yourself a favor and don’t do business here! I regret that decision everyday! Just trying to save another mom or family a headache and money loss!! Do not go to this dealership

Idk if it's racism or maybe she just didn't want to do her job. Or maybe this place has the dumbest policy I have ever heard of. What kind of ragged shady company would make you apply to buy a car just so you can see THE INSIDE. I'm trying to buy a car for my mom. Why would I apply to buy a car I've never sat in. We wanted to see how much space was in the car. I see why they have so many bad reviews. It should be zero stars.

Just pulled up. Asked Megan I think her name was . Mid high black lady with dreads. It was her and an Asian lady working today. No one came out when we pulled up. We was outside for about 10 minutes. The place looked closed and I seen no one until I walked up and noticed the door was unlocked. I walked in the lady Megan came out. I asked to ONLY LOOK AT THE CAR INSIDE AND OUT. She wanted me to do an application first. Didn’t understand that. No dealership I’ve been to has never asked this question and I pay cash when I purchase anything after examining it. So she gave me the key to one car which was a Toyota prius and the car was rusted under the entire hood even the engine. Also rusted entirely under the car frame. The hood wouldn’t let up the first 5 minutes so I used me truck key to pick the hood up because the latch was messed up. All of the other cars were repaired from front end accidents. The after market paint job on the repaired cars was horrible. I can see why these type of dealerships say no credit check. So much down and drive away. The car might break down after 6 months and you’ll be stuck with a note.

If i could leave 0 stars i absolutely would! my sister had her car for only ONE week before it broke on her and she had to bring it back, after them very obviously rushing to fix it she got it back only to be in the middle of traffic TWO days later and have it kill on her and my family. After paying so much money you would think they would sell you a fully functioning car. 0/10, if you can shop anywhere else please do. Update:Natalie at Clean Slate motors is EXTREMELY unprofessional. All they do is steal people money and stick you in not a lemon but an orange. Ms. Shandy is right there with Natalie under the category of unprofessional, she doesn’t answer phone calls, emails, or nothing. The don’t verify who even picks up the car when you go get it, they just let anybody run free with your keys. They need to have Manufacturer Auditors go over there and do some inspecting and see how fast they get shut down. PLEASE PLEASE if you can shop literally with Matildas dad instead, do that!
