Prior to purchasing the dealership advertised and represented the vehicle as being in good condition with no issues and suitable for sale. Based on the information provided in the advertisement and by dealership staff Brayden, I reasonably believed that the vehicle did not have any significant undisclosed damage or defects. After purchasing the vehicle, I discovered evidence of extensive damage that was either not disclosed to me or was concealed during the sales process. After further inspection, it became apparent that the vehicle had substantial issues that should have been identified and disclosed before the sale. The listing was even taken down after I complained. Had I been informed of the true condition of the vehicle, I would not have agreed to purchase it or would have negotiated a significantly different purchase price.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership a few years ago that was listed as being in good condition, with the only disclosed issue being a minor sensor that needed replacement. Right after purchasing the vehicle, I discovered numerous mechanical issues that were not disclosed during the sale. These problems have resulted in significant repair costs, the condition of this vehicle was not accurately represented at the time of sale. DON'T BUY A CAR HERE!

A GREAT experience today with the guys got me in and test driving almost instantly and made me feel special non like the other dealerships. Took my car in on trade when a bigger dealership wouldn’t even attempt to run numbers.Might be small in size but BIG in customer experience and appreciation! 11/10

Bought a Blackout Jetta from these guys, got a great deal. I drove from about 100 miles away just to see if it was sweet as it looked on Facebook. It was, and I got my license plate right there too.
