Clement Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Florissant

(Updated 5.15.2026) Since my original review, the staff at Clement has begun actively addressing every issue that was brought to their attention, and overall, I would say they’ve handled things in a timely and professional manner. Davin, Al, and Katelynn have personally worked with multiple departments to make sure my concerns are being taken seriously and that I end up satisfied as a customer. At the time of writing this update, they have scheduled to pick up my vehicle directly from me, leave me with a rental vehicle, and complete the necessary repairs so I do not have to miss additional time from work. Additionally, my title has been overnighted to the State of Illinois, and we are currently waiting for the license plates to arrive. I appreciate the effort their team has put into making things right, and I will provide another update once all remaining issues have been fully resolved. (Begin original review) (5.8.2026) DO NOT SHOP HERE. Worst experience of any dealership I have ever been to. Sold me a car, claiming it was detailed. My wife found trash in the seat pockets, and old McDonalds french fries under the seat. They masked a smoke smell in a car, and the car smells of ash and cigarette smoke. Sold me a vehicle with a broken door lock. I pointed out during the test drive that a tire pressure sensor was on, and the opposite back tire had a slash in it. I went in for a SCHEDULED appointment with service, and they did not have the tires in stock to fix this issue, making me take a day off work, and waste my time. I have been waiting over a month and a half for my title to arrive, come to find out the dealership NEVER SENT IT OUT. I could keep listing issues, but better keep it kind of short and sweet. If any of these issues are fixed by them, i will happily update this review.

I don’t write reviews often but I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle from this dealership. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the features of the vehicle, and work with me to find an option that fit my budget. The entire process, from test driving to signing the paperwork, was smooth and straightforward. I appreciate their professionalism and honesty, and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

I want to give a special thank you to Jaliyah and Orlando for helping with the purchase of my new jeep. I inquired online for a certain color jeep loaded with all the features from interior, color, panoramic sunroof, and brand new. Jaliyah reached out to me and informed me she has the vehicle on her lot so we set up an appointment to test drive the vehicle I was looking for. From the time we talked on the phone setting up an appointment till the time I drove off she made me feel at home and relaxed and between Jaliyah and Orlando they made my dream come true. I will be referring anyone I know inquiring on a new or used vehicle to reach out to her and make their new car experience as good as mine. This review is for Jaliyah (that’s my dawg), Chaz (for watching my son and letting him sit in all of the cars setting me up to go bankrupt for his first sport car in the future. Before I decided to come here I asked a lot of people about their experiences and customer service. I heard nothing but good things about this specific dealership and location. I came in wanting a specific car and that car only. These guys made it happen from 5:00pm to 9:40pm and gave me a peace of mind throughout the whole entire process. I highly recommend them because they really do try and help you. HELL they all did! Thank you all for sharing your energy and giving me top of the line service.
