I'm grateful for crossing path with Matt and his team. Being from Detroit Metro area, I have inquired about 2012 vehicle they posted on FB marketplace, one that I have been searching for a while. I determined a round trip from Detroit to Cleveland to test the vehicle this past week. The vehicle did fit my needs and met my expectations but the fact that it was not ready to drive back put the purchase on hold for a few days. Matt brought the car to Toledo which was very helpful! While I hope this car serves me for a while, if I ever need, or my friends need a reliable used vehicle, I would definitely recommend them to connect with Cleveland Auto and check Matt's inventory. There are only positives from this vehicle purchase experience; above all, I value transparency and all efforts made into solid customer service experience. I was in nursing school and when I say I was in a jam I mean sleep less days and nights wondering how would I get to school. I looked at many car places and not one would make my mind at ease. Until I Met MJ who worked his magic and got me everything I wanted with no worries attached. Everything he told me he never Steered me wrong. Till this day I come to keep my up keep on my car. I’m talking about drop off and pick up same day. Yes I would tell whoever I came across who was looking for a car about MJ and the love you a feel from him even after you sign on the dotted line to come here. When I go to drop my car off I leave with that same smile he gave me the day I pull my car off his lot.

I bought a 2018 Jeep from this dealership in July. My cousin, who worked there as an independent contractor, assured me they sold reliable cars, so I trusted him. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a mistake. I traded in two vehicles that they told me were “junk,” and ended up buying a car that’s been nothing but trouble. The day after I bought it, I noticed a coolant smell and contacted my cousin right away. He promised to take care of it, but kept putting me off. My dad even spoke with him, but we got the same response — “we’ll take care of it.” They also told us that if anything went wrong, we could bring the car back. Three weeks later, my cousin told me to call and speak to Tom. Tom took my number and said he’d call me back to arrange to have the car looked at. I never heard from him again. Now the car is overheating and I’m facing a high repair bill. I feel completely misled and disappointed. Be very careful before trusting this dealership — my experience has been expensive and frustrating. What goes around comes around.

The Ford F-150 truck I bought, sucked! It only lasted for 2 years, because the transmission died! I'm finished buying your crappy cars and trucks! They're good at ripping people off, so be careful going there! Thanks so much for selling me a truck with a bad transmission, hope you sleep well at night! You all lie too much to make a quick buck!
