I am truly impressed with my salesman Zach at Ford of Cleveland. He was very polite, professional and relatable. He stayed hours passed closing of business to ensure a smooth quick as possible sale. He even offered to drive our other car to our house for us wven after staying so late. Great guy and a gentleman. From the beginning when we expressed our interest in a vehicle we saw on Cargurus, we received a personalized video highlighting the vehicle close up along with a contact information for Ashley Nelson at Cleveland Ford. After speaking with Ashley directly she was knowledgeable and very responsive to our questions. The experience was smooth as we initially had some reservations about purchasing out of state. Honestly we were amazed by the experience as we flew from Florida, we were greeted at the airport by Ashley and were able to drive from Tennessee with our new vehicle that we love the very same day.
