From the time I first walked in to the time I had left I felt welcomed and memorable. I would highly recommend Steve, he was the best and very professional but a true soul. I will forever remember him and will always recommend him for business. He will never disappoint, I promise. I am in love with my car, and I would say it was affordable, clean, and comfortable. We even took it to my mechanic and not one single thing was wrong with this beauty. Again, highly recommend Steve and highly recommend looking into the vehicles they offer.

Recently purchased an Audi S3 from Cleveland Auto Store and worked with Steve. It was a great buying experience, Steve was punctual with communication and had the car waiting for me when I got there. He was great helping with the test drive (since I am not from the area) and worked through all of paperwork quickly. The whole process was quick and painless and very professional. The car is great and I am extremely happy with it. Can't say enough. Will definitely purchase from them again.

I purchased a vehicle here 4 weeks ago. Process seemed very quick and easy. Finding out they’re extremely quick to sell you, but not so fast to keep their word. Bought a plug in hybrid. They didn’t have the cord. The agreement was one would be mailed. After many communications and responses of we’ll check. Still don’t have it. Now, when asking for action patiently I was told not to speak to them this way. Was never disrespectful or rude in any communication. Update. Everything was worked out. Took longer then expected but they made everything right. Steve the salesperson was easy to work with. They followed through.

Had a very full day of car shopping, running around to different dealerships and waiting around on my local credit union. Eventually found a car via CarFax I was interested in here at Cleveland Auto Store. After growing tired of waiting for approvals on my own I decided to make the drive up here to at least check it out (we are about an hour or so away) and wow. I have shopped at different dealers before but have always ended up walking or getting the runaround but this place is truly something different. There was no hassle, no pressure, no breathing down my neck or having issues with the car or getting it looked at. I thought I would always buy private-seller but everything here was exceptional. I purchased a 2015 Audi Allroad and can't be happier. We had some concerns with the brakes from the car sitting/maybe needing something adjusted and they were on top of it from the very start, no questions asked. Financing was a breeze, got me a better rate than where I was originally shopping (that also hadn't responded for much longer than I liked, compared to the MAYBE 20 minutes I waited with Steve). At Cleveland Auto Store you can tell they are no-nonsense and buyer-first. Very impressive to see in a world of fishy dealers that there are still others out there that genuinely care. Bought the car at asking (also a first for me) and it was everything I wanted. Thanks again to you guys and your stellar team. Hope things continue to move in the right direction for you.

Stopped in after I left 2 other dealerships not finding anything I liked in my budget. I was not very hopeful that I was going to find anything here either. Stephan came out and greeted me. He went over some cars he had and listened to what I was looking for. He said I got a car we just got in I think you would like it. I told my daughter put her chair back ( because I was not expecting to return back inside). I LOVED the suv he showed me. I’ve had it about a month now and still love her! Definitely worth checking out- ask for Stephan, he was awesome!
