Clifton Chevrolet

We found ourselves on the side of the road just outside of Crockett, TX on a Saturday afternoon. With some help from a State Highway Patrolman, we called Clifton Chevrolet for a tow truck capable of towing our truck and 5th wheel trailer to Lufkin, TX. The gentleman (so sorry we did not get his name!) was beyond helpful!! He got everything secured and off we went. He went beyond just getting us to the dealer for repairs, he made sure our trailer was situated where we were able to spend the night in it. It was our first experience of being tow and will be forever grateful he made it a good experience!!!

I needed a remote for my car so I stopped in at Clifton Chevy to order one. They were very helpful and got my remote in quickly and they even gave me instructions on how to program it no charge. Will definitely go back for further work

I’m 86 yr’s old on my way home (up north) I had a problem with my Chevy pickup. I was lucky to be in front of Clifton Chevrolet. It was Sunday so they were closed. I was pulling a small camper and John the owner offered to let me plug in for the night. An employer of John offered my wife and I a ride to Lufkin the nearest town and motel. The next day Jerry got my truck running well enough for us to get to an RV park. We dropped the truck off and it was fixed the next day by noon. I have been a Chevy owner for 50 years and I have never been to a dealer that was as caring and attentive to a customer as the folks at Clifton. My hat is off to Mr. John, Mario, and Rosie for being so helpful. Thanks again to Jerry and anyone else who worked on my truck. I commend you and recommend to anyone who needs their truck worked on. Stopped her because my mothers car was acting up. It’s a foreign and they don’t service those types of vehicles. With that being said Brandon and his staff have been very gracious and done everything they could to make Our wait for a tow truck pleasant. If you’re in this area and need a new Chevy and don’t stop here you’re missing out!

Best service I have received at a dealership! Broke down on my way through town and Brandon was able to diagnose (cylinder 5 injector pigtail) and repair my truck the same day! The dealership in Conroe where I live told me 3 weeks to look at it last time I needed service. Will definitely go back to Clifton Chevrolet in the future!
