I have been doing business with Clinkscales Chevrolet for many years. The team of Billy Clinkscales, owner and the sales staff and finance office have always been excellent to work with. And once you buy or lease an automobile, they follow up with you and they have an excellent service and parts department to take care of all of your needs. It is an excellent place to do business. It was time to turn in my 2024 lease and I saw an auto on their lot I wanted for my 2026 lease. When I called, that car had already been purchased. But Donnie Wagner, Sales Manager said he would find that car for me. He got the car in and worked out the lease agreement for me. Teresa Bailey, sales person took care of me with all of the pertinent paper work. Clarke Brown made the process of filling out and signing all of the paperwork that was necessary a very easy task. Then Teresa took me out to my new lease, showed me all of the changes and helped me with ONSTAR, etc. I was well pleased and left in around 2 hours a very happy customer. It is worth the short ride to Belton. They really do take care of you.

My husband purchased a Truck a year ago and because of her service, honesty, & going above and beyond, I didn’t hesitate to go buy from her when I was ready to buy a new car. We researched for a used auto and a 20-6 Buick Lacrosse with low mileage captured our attention. I send a notification on Saturday evening and received a return notification that Cheyanne Jennings would contact me Monday. Monday morning Cheyanne contacted me and put me in contact with Mr. Mike Cook. Mr . Cook and I spoke and agreed on holding the car for me with a deposit over the phone until Tuesday morning. As I arrived at the dealership, Mr. Rod Rodriguez met my wife and me and said that Mr. Cook and he were awaiting my arrival. They both were very pleasant and informative about the auto and insisted I drive the vehicle for an inspection before finishing the purchase. The vehicle was prepped and fuel topped off. The finance person,(I forget his name) then came in and we handled all the paperwork expeditiously. All contacts this day with personnel at Clinkscales Chevrolet were professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. I highly recommend this dealership with our experience as a reference. Theresa and the whole team at Clinkscales are absolutely wonderful to deal with. My transmission blew on my way back to Clemson from Thanksgiving break and after finding out that it was not worth the cost of repair, I contacted Theresa Monday afternoon about purchasing a new car. It was amazing how proactive, friendly, and accommodating they were. They even sent a driver to pick me up Tuesday morning. When I arrived, they already had everything lined up for me with a fantastic car. This is the type of customer service that is hard to find.
