could not be more pleased with the experience we had with our salesman Jon Morales, and the entire team at Cloninger Toyota. We went to look at a few vehicles and ended up buying a Toyota Land Cruiser. Jon didn't try to push us into anything, he simply showed us whatever we wanted to see, he was knowledgeable, friendly and made the experience pleasurable. We had a trade in, the manager sat with us and we negotiated a price my wife and I were very pleased with. The finance guy, sorry forgot his name, was also super nice and did not try to push us into any extras. I honestly cannot say enough good things about the entire crew at Cloninger Toyota. When my F150 needs replacing, I will be headed there to pick up a new Tundra!! Highly recommended!!!

I purchased a 2019 Toyota Corolla Hatchback XSE from a small dealer in Concord, NC. It had a well known message (“Engine Maintenance Required Visit Dealer”) displayed on the dashboard. I believed it was related to the “Coolant Bypass Valve”. I scheduled an appointment with Cloninger Toyota in Salisbury, NC and dropped it off on January 20, 2026. Austin Owens (Service Advisor) contacted me and confirmed it was the Coolant Bypass Valve that needed replacing. John Ivey (Toyota Master Technician/Shop Foreman) began throughly evaluating ALL possibilities. His attention to detail and triple checking everything revealed an issue that required communication with Toyota of North America (HQ). I THANK and COMMEND Austin and John for their hard work and dedication to doing IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!! BOTH of them communicated with me and invited me to come in person and talk to them and see for myself what Toyota of North America (HQ) was requesting them to complete before moving forward. I got my Corolla back on March 4, 2026 and Toyota covered the repair under warranty. John Ivey and Austin Owens saved me more than $1,000.00!!
