I have purchased 4 vehicles from them this year alone, each deal they gave me was good enough for me to be able to flip the vehicle, make a little money, and upgrade. I only had issues with 1 of the 4 vehicles, and they made sure to help me out. Highly recommend. Great prices and great people.

So I thought I'd found the perfect deal on a great used truck. That's about all I have gotten. I purchased this vehicle the last week of June. I didn't receive a copy of the title or anything. Weeks go by. I call my financial company that they sent me through and they have no record of me purchasing. I call fifth gear garage and they tell me they had the title wrong. They bought multiple trucks at once and put the wrong title on my loan 🙃 Skip to this week. I resent all of my information via txt (very unprofessional and this made the SECOND time I had disclosed this information. Tuesday-all is well now. Still waiting on a title! Today Thursday August 19th. They personally delivered my title to secretary of state which is cool. But they took it to the one that is 1.5 hours away from me. Knowing I am busy Monday through Friday and now have to request time off to drive across the state to retrieve my title. I suggest no one wastes their time here. Totally disappointed and still not sure what is going on.

Very good guys to deal with. Found a car I loved. Was in great shape. I see some similar complaints. As any dealership u go to. There may be bad vehicles. They buy em and sell em. U buy as is. Thats on purchaser to check vehicle out. Specially if u don't know cars. Then because I paid my vehicle payments on time. When we got covid Westlake was easy to deal with on my loan and changing my payment.

Great place and great people. I had to go in for some paperwork to get fixed and they were on it and had it taken care of and I was on my way in no time. They go above and beyond to take care of their customes and that is almost non-existent with most used car dealers these days.
