We had a fabulous experience with these people. We had already gone to two buying centers. Without a doubt this company gave us the best offer. Not only were we able to pay off our 2024 Ford truck, we were able to profit $2000. Extremely nice!!!!!

Mazda offered us $7k for our trade in. We checked with Carvana, they offered us $7.4k. KBB offered us $8.1k. CMA buying center gave us $10k for our car. The transaction could not have been easier, any faster. great communication, friendly staff. Thank you CMA!!!!

Do not trust any offers you receive from this company. The initial quote was meaningless. They provide an attractive quote by text and email then instruct to bring in the vehicle for an inspection because they think the vehicle may be worth “MORE”. Here is the text from their nonsense email: “We think it may be worth MORE depending on its condition.” After wasting about two hours of my life taking them the vehicle for their inspection, they lowered their offer by over $3,000 but complimented my vehicle’s condition. They tried to blame their algorithm instead of showing credibility and standing behind their offer. Don’t trust them.

I had a very pleasant experience here! I worked with Kendi and he was prompt and professional he kept in touch and even helped find another possible car and salesperson I could work with since they did not have any cars I wanted on this lot. He gave me a very fair price for my 2022 Limited Highlander and I would come here again the next time I am selling or need to purchase a car. Ask for Kendi! Superb customer service and I couldn't ask for better communication.
