CMA's Chevrolet of Martinsburg

Allyssa was amazing from start to finish. She worked with us and didn't give up until she got us where we wanted with payments and she let me test drive multiple cars with a lot of patience! She was up front and honest with us about everything. She was also great with our son. Loving my brand new SUV.

I gave it a five star because the people here are wonderful. The only problem we had was the detailed of the car when we got home there was stains on the backseat, and this was a brand new car and in all of the cupholders was sticky look like to be soda put buying in a car. Here is very pleasant. The people are fantastic and make buying a car so simple and easy.

I had a fantastic experience with CMA of Martinsburg, WV—twice in the same year! I purchased a new Chevy Traverse from them back in January, and after an unfortunate accident left my car a total loss, my very first call was to Matt Peters. He immediately got to work helping me find the perfect replacement. Matt listened to my list of must-haves and my budget and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He also went above and beyond helping my mother-in-law find a new vehicle as well. Tyler Staddon made the finance process an absolute breeze, and Ryan Benson, the sales manager, checked in to ensure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Their customer service is truly top-notch. A huge bonus: they have a kids’ playroom, which was a lifesaver for my little guy while we waited. Highly recommend CMA of Martinsburg for anyone in the market for a new vehicle. They take care of you like family!

This place is a joke and the lady that sits at the long service desk on the left side is a terrible human being. She needs to brush up on her customer service skills and basic knowledge of working in service. I had a vehicle towed there because it died on the highway. What an experience that was. I explained the situation to this lady, she made me feel like I was in the wrong by having a vehicle towed there unannounced. She basically said to me, what am I supposed to do about it when I explained my issue. She then proceeded to tell me that it would be 7 weeks before they would even be able to look at it. I asked if I heard her correctly and she said “yeah, the end of May” I said that is ridiculous, but I didn’t want to deal with it any longer that day. She also said that it would be their special rate of $200 per hour based on the type of vehicle. No problem, but I was done for the day and needed to leave before I said something I shouldn’t have. Over the next 3 weeks, not a word from them, which was expected. This is a Chevrolet dealership and I know that the wait for service is not 7 weeks. Anyway, I schedule a tow truck to take it to another dealership out of state about 65 miles away. I had the car towed on Tuesday afternoon, as the car was being towed, I called that dealership to let them know the vehicle was on the way. They took down all of my info and what the issue with the car was. I get a text on Wednesday, the next day that the car is being serviced and would I approve the $275 diagnostics fee. Yes, I approved it. I am willing to pay a premium for a dealership that specializes in this vehicle and also understands that time is money. A vehicle sitting in the repair lot doesn’t do anything for anyone. I would not recommend CMA for service, nor would I buy a vehicle from there.
