The dealership receives praise for its friendly, low-pressure sales approach and some positive service experiences, but faces significant criticism regarding service department communication failures, unresolved mechanical issues, and billing problems with maintenance plans. While satisfied customers highlight professional staff and fair pricing, dissatisfied customers report chronic delays, lack of follow-up communication, and repeated failures to address vehicle problems.

My wife and I just recently bought a used Jeep Compass. I spoke to April on the phone and we were directed to our salesman Rick. I was surprised that there no high-pressure sales tactics. Just a lot of friendly help finding the right vehicle. We got a great deal she loves her Compass, thanks to Rick our salesman. Excellent communication and help. I recommend this place to anyone. Thanks Rick and April ..

I am beyond disappointed with my recent experience at CMA Jeep. I brought my vehicle in for a scheduled safety recall and regular maintenance, and the entire process was a disaster from start to finish. First, despite having a prepaid Maintenance Plan that I purchased with the vehicle, the service clerk tried to charge me for the work. When I pointed out that I shouldn't be paying, the only answer I got was "I don’t know." I had to escalate the issue to the service manager. After a lot of back and forth, they finally admitted the mistake but gave me a weak excuse about maintenance plans "not showing up in the system." If you sell the plans, your system should recognize them. Worst of all, even after dealing with the billing headache, they completely failed to perform the safety recall service I had scheduled. The manager had no solution or explanation for why my vehicle was returned without the recall being addressed. It is inconceivable to me that a dealership can be this disorganized regarding both billing and critical safety work. I’ve lost all trust in this location and will never be back. If you value your time and your safety, take your business elsewhere.

I took my wife’s 21 Jeep Wrangler in with a check engine light on for an evap code to see what the issue was. They kept it for about a week before they were able to say what the problem was and that it would be another 5 days until the part came in. The whole time there was no communication throughout the entire process. We had to call to get any information which then we were told they would find out what was going on and someone would call us back, which would never happen. We had to come by to get something out of the Jeep that we called and told them we were going to do, only to have them stumble around looking for the keys for about 10 minutes because they were misplaced. After almost 2 weeks of having the Jeep, they called and said it was done. We picked it up just to have the engine light come back on the very next day after about 30 miles. Called them back to tell them, they had us drop it off again and then proceeded to dodge our calls again giving no information for several more days. I then had to leave work early to go into the shop to find out what was going on. They said they would check with the technician but they thought it should be about done. I waited in the waiting room for over 30 minutes before someone came and said my Jeep was done. I asked what they had done to it since I couldn’t get an answer after several times calling throughout the week. They said they tested everything and it seemed fine and they found a reprogramming procedure that they needed to do and that after several test drives, they assured me it fixed the problem. I mentioned the issue with the lack of communication and it seemed like they didn’t really care. So after almost 3 weeks of them working on my Jeep, the check engine light comes on again the next day after about 30 miles. I called them again and explained what happened just to have them ask if I took it somewhere else to get the code read to see if it was the same problem. I said no, that I’m pretty busy and don’t have time to have someone else check it when it was supposedly fixed twice by them. He then told me I could bring it by when I had a chance and they could do a quick code read to verify if it’s the same issue but that they were very busy so I probably wouldn’t be able to get it back in for about 2 more weeks or so. So now, I’m out over $300 with the same issue I came in with a month ago and I get put in the back because they think my issue that was never fixed 2 separate times over a 3 week period isn’t as important as their other customers. This is beyond ridiculous. Terrible service, terrible communication. No explanation without us having to chase after people for it. Problem not solved and they could care less. Is this really the way you people do business?

I drive a lot, and I've worked around the country, so I've had a lot of different places work on my truck, and I've gotten picky about who I'll recommend. This place was great. Jason was super friendly and got me squished in on the schedule after I realized I needed my truck looked over quickly before a long road trip. Waiting room was great (padded chairs, TV not blaring and not on the news, drinks snd snacks and magazines, decorated for Christmas) which was good because I was there a little while (I knew I would be, they were up front about how long it would take). They gave me an estimate for the work and parts, and then it actually ended up being a little cheaper which was a nice surprise. Also, as soon as I got my truck back and started driving, I was super pleased because it was clear that the work done addressed my issues- everything was running smooth again. I would definitely recommend this place for service.

Great experience. Zero high pressure sales. Did not over call, or over text. (Side note... really good music in show room)
