Cma's Colonial Buick GMC

So I’ve gone here twice now and am impressed with the service provided. They have the new service area which comfortable and has plenty of room should you need to stay for a bit. The service employees were quick to greet me and get logged in for my appointment. My vehicle did go pretty to the back to be worked on. I had 15k service and needed a fuel filter. This was explained to me BEFORE the work was actually completed. I also received a video which was taken of my vehicle and this video both explained and showed in REAL TIME the status of the things that were being checked … THIS IS AWESOME and everyone should be doing this 1000%. I am a convert and will coming to CMA in lieu of Richmond. Job well done!

Easy to schedule the appointment online and I appreciated the timely reminders. Ka-tari was an attentive service rep and even called in a technician to hear the description of our issue before we departed after drop off. Our issue was taken care and services were provided in a timely manner.

Laura was amazing throughout the entire process. She helped me lower both my monthly payment and my interest rate far beyond what I expected, and she got me into my new 2026 GMC Terrain. She took the time to show me the different trim options and was confident that I would love the vehicle and she was absolutely right. Laura kept me informed every step of the way, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood the process. She even made sure I was taken care of while I was there and reassured me that everything would work out in my favor. These Folks took very good care of us & the Service team was on pointe! Thanks to Katri & Joey for pushing our car through , realizing we were 2 months overdue for an inspection!
