Ricky Hamlet was awesome to deal with! He took time to show me the features of the vehicle and pairing my phone, etc and that was after I had purchased it!!! He went thru the info system and explained each feature in detail! The buying process was so easy and Chris Davis in finance was amazing as well! I recently purchased a 2026 Honda Pilot from CMA Honda Lynchburg. Luke and Heather were patient, considerate and helpful in finding the car that best suited my preferences and budget. Heather and Luke were amazing to work with! My husband and I traveled from Waynesboro for a specific vehicle they got the majority of the work done over the phone and had it ready to go when we arrived!
