I purchased my new 2026 Hyundai Tucson on Saturday the 17th, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. My sales consultant, Jawan Baker, and sales manager, Jamie Pizzo, were fantastic to work with. Jawan was incredibly informative, patient, and easy-going. The new Tucson has several advanced features that I was unfamiliar with, and Jawan happily took the time to explain them to me multiple times until I felt comfortable. There was absolutely no sales pressure. They even let me leave the dealership to discuss the decision with my family before making my final choice, without any hassling from the staff. I rarely share reviews but recently had a unique experience while window shopping for a possible car need. I hit a deer in my beloved 2013 Mercedes GLK, bought used in 2015 and got me everywhere I needed to be, reliably and in great comfort. I loved that car, although the lower end of their models, it had lots of modern tech that made my long drives more fun. Driving my Kona rental car, as Ins Co decided the fate of my car, I stopped by Hyundai Lex Park to see what options they had. Jawan approached me with motivation and a charming energy. I explained my situation, that I was praying I didn’t have to buy a new car but wanted to see if there was something I would like. Jawan and his trainee (Robin) proceeded to show me 4 different models and accompanied me on 3 test drives, knowing I wasn’t going to buy one that night. On my way out Jewan introduced me to his manager, Jamie Pizzo. Jamie was thoughtful and listened to my story empathically. She wished me good luck on my car and assured me they would be there if I needed to buy a new one. Jamie has called to check on me a few times since that evening 3+ weeks ago, knowing that I wanted to do everything to keep my car she gave me valuable advice when I found out Ins Co was looking to total my car. My experience has been so great with the sales team at Hyundai, that if I buy a new car I will try hard to give them my business. Thank you for all of your time, attention and thoughtfulness.
