CMA's Hyundai of Lynchburg

My experience with CMA Hyundai was fantastic. I worked primarily with Devin who helped me find a great vehicle after listening to what I wanted. I also worked with Collin and Devon during the process and they were phenomenal. At one point, the sales manager (sorry I forgot his name) came over to see how things were going, which I thought was nice. I never felt pressured or pushed to make any kind of decision, and the communication was great. They were all personable and they all worked together as a team very smoothly to take me through the process. This process was nothing like my experience at a different dealership in the area where I bought my other car and felt like they were very pushy and sneaky. My faith in the car-buying process has been restored :)

Shoddy work, parts of my car they specifcally identified as hazardous other mechanics have said that the parts were perfectly fine, and bulb replacements 4 times the cost of competitors (and the services nearly double). Waiting room is fine and they seem very professional, but the quality of service and prices just don't hold up. Go to them for your warranty work, oil changes, and tire rotations, but any of the other work they quote you for, get a second estimate. Wish I'd started doing that much earlier on.
