I had car troubles on a Friday late afternoon around 5:00 we called ahead the service manager said they were closing they had no mechanics but he had an appointment for Saturday at 2:00 which is very rare to have anybody doing service on a Saturday, we arrived early Kym at the service counter said it was our lucky day because somebody had a 10:30 and was broke down on the road so we got the 10:30. they diagnosed or Volkswagen beetle with an injector wire harness problem told us the price it was like over $500 we agreed they started to work on it, we had extended warranty on it so she tried to check that had no luck because we're from Canada, so she checked with Volkswagen and found out that Volkswagen covered the total cost of the wiring harness and all the repairs and our bill was Zero I can't say enough about this dealership they are one of the best people that I've ever dealt with and Kym is a rockstar, thank you so much for the great service friendly personable best experience I've had in a long time, with dealing with customer service

I bought a used Volkswagen and brought it up to the dealership for maintenance and a general lookover of my vehicle. This dealership is excellent! I highly recommend getting your car serviced here. One of the best features is that they take a video while they’re working to show you what they’re doing to your vehicle, with recommendations of things that need work, etc. They are real time too, so you know exactly when your car is getting worked on, and how soon it will be ready. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. I can’t recommend this place enough!

I had just gone through a crappy experience with an older vehicle and needed a new one FAST! With terrible credit and somewhat questionable payment history. I was still able to receive a loan through Volkswagen. They worked through the holiday season to make sure I could have a new vehicle with little to no bs.
