I had a great experience at Coachella Valley Volkswagen. James and Melissa were both very helpful, professional, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Buying a new car was a new experience for me, and they really took the time to make sure everything went smoothly. I would definitely go back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free car-buying experience.

Just bought a 2023 iD4 Pro from sales associate Juan Valenzuela. What a great experience with him. He was so thoughtful and kind being that I had been in an accident several weeks prior and needed to get into a car without a lot of back and forth or a hard sell. He was able to arrange a smooth deal with their finance department and I had come in after work on a Saturday at about 3 PM. By 5 PM I was out the door with the car, which I love. All electric and a great time to buy with gas prices at an all time high now in California. He asked me back on Sunday and took time out of his schedule to go over a few of the cars features and highlights. He knew every feature of the car and made it all easy to understand. I am truly blown away by this dealership. I went in with not the best credit, but with a good amount of down payment and high hopes, lol! I’ve been car shopping for a year and narrowed it down to knowing I really wanted the Atlas Cross Sport. Juan was my salesman & he fought so hard for me to drive off the lot in the car that I fell in love with. At one point I accepted defeat and realized it just wasn’t going to work out for me - and sure enough he and John (the finance manager) was able to make it happen for me. They were professional, helpful, honest, and personable. I can’t say enough good things about these gentlemen, I’m SO BEYOND THANKFUL to them. I am in love with my car and had an amazing car buying experience.

I’ve been bringing my car here for a few years. The service has been excellent. Allen is often my service advisor, and keeps me up to date on what’s happening. The waiting area is clean and well appointed. The courtesy car driver, also an Allen, was polite and friendly. A good experience overall. One wish? I would have liked my car washed. In fairness, it wasn’t finished until almost closing time.
