Saw this place had a little blue Corolla and we called to check it out and Kevin made sure I was able to see it! He was great at answering questions, the car was very clean, I didn't feel pressured at all! Kevin and the finance man (whose name I have unfortunately forgotten😅) were very open about the pricing and paperwork and what was going on during the process! 10/10 recommend looking here if you're in need of a car! Very kind and honest group of people

Poor Kevin! He put up with me for 3 days! Back and forth, more questions from us, more answers from him! On the 4th day, I fell in love with one of the first vehicles he brought to the table! Not once did he show any aggravation for all the time he spent helping me. He did a LOT to help us get what we were.looking for! Then, when we went to see Joe to finalize the financial, it went smooth, and quick! He gave us some helpful information on ways to help us with our forward plans! We WILL continue our business with Coad Chevrolet!

I highly recommend this dealership. We knew what we had in mind and looked for the right vehicle and after looking at a few other places, we found the right car online at Coad Chevrolet in Cape Girardeau. The process was really great from start to finish. I sent info that I was interested in 2023 GMC Acadia and Kevin got back with me right away. Told him what we had in mind and set up and appointment to test drive. I will say that it was a no pressure sell. Kevin checked back the day of the appointment to confirm. He had the car ready with the heat on ready to take it for a test drive when we arrived. He was friendly and super down to earth. He took his time to talk with us and show us the vehicle and explain the process in detail. He was very knowledgeable and we appreciate how he made the sell super easy and non pushy. We worked with Joe for the final financial approval and once again we met just another decent down to earth employee there at Coad. Joe was easy to talk to. He took his time to explain every single detail in the financial decision stayed late to make sure that we understood everything that we were signing. They definitely go through everything with a fine tooth comb! So we knew exactly what price, what we were paying, and even gave us advice on how to get back our GAP from the last car.
