I can’t say enough good things about working with BZ to trade my beloved Tesla for a Camry. After moving back from Colorado I decided I need a hybrid. From start to finish it was a simple process. On a whim I called to see if they had what I was looking for - they had a year older and different trim which I could test drive and get a feel for with the new 2026 Grand Highlander Limited coming from the factory a week or so later. We sat down, went over the differences and locked it down. Even with two kids with me it was seamless. Michael and Maria were amazing kept me informed every step of the way, from the moment it left the factory to when it landed at the dealership and was ready for pickup. Finance was breeze (and he was great too!). Overall a great experience. I miss my truck, yes, but I love knowing that I will be taken care of the entire time I own this vehicle! Came to Coad Toyota in Paducah with the '26 Camry XLE Hybrid in heart. Our sales guy BZ came to the rescue with so much knowledge and information on this car! He was funny and entertaining with an awesome attitude! So many dealers have nice cars, even though I am sold on Toyota for life at this point God willing, but great attitude with some comforting humor, you just can't beat it. Having a great and friendly experience/environment where you just almost feel at home, this kind of business will win me every time. After leaving, my daughter realized she lost her license at COAD. BZ went out of his way to back track her steps, not only to find it but to bring it to us. Ultimately, praise be to God, of course. Highly recommend this dealership! My husband and I stopped in just to see their inventory and found a very gently used Highlander that looks and drives like it’s brand new. We were happy to work with BZ again, who helped us buy our RAV4 a few years back. The entire staff is helpful, welcoming, and pressure-free. We’ll definitely be back for our next vehicle!
