My husband and I had a great experience at Coast Mazda. Our salesman, Joshua, was friendly, helpful, and really listened to us. The sales manager, Hunter, was also great. No one was using high pressure sales tactics and the price listed was as advertised, no gimmicks. Hunter and Joshua worked hard to get us the deal we wanted. Everything was presented clearly. When we got to the finance department, Michael was also very pleasant and informative, and explained everything thoroughly. We left feeling like a valued customer. My experience buying a car at Coast Mazda was delightful! I had all but given up shopping up and down US 19 when I discovered Coast. I knew I was in the right place after talking with Joseph Stevens. He was the one and only car salesman who made me feel comfortable. He actually listened to what I was looking for. Never once trying to sell me something other than what I desired. Joseph was thoughtful and treated me as if I was his own grandmother. Christian, one of the sales managers assured me I was in the right place and he was so right that the day after I bought my beautiful Sol red 2020 Mazda CX5, I brought my daughter in and she bought a 2020 CX3 in the same color!
