Awesome experience. Abel was great to work with and made the whole process very easy. Complete opposite of a typical D bag car salesman. Every employee here was a pleasure to interact with, says a lot about the culture here. Changed my review from 5 stars to 1 due to the fact I am owed a check for $2206 now for 19 days after I was told I would get it. I understand that getting the check 2 days after my purchase is not realistic even though that is what I was told, but since then I have been given the run around by every single person in finance, told I would be called back, told I would have the check in a few days, basically anything but an honest answer. Not a single person has reached out to me. The only way I have any comms is by calling multiple times a day until someone actually answers the phone. I live an hour away or I would just show up every morning. There are only two explanations; they are incompetent and do not know their job, or they have no problems lying to customers to make a sale.

From the moment I walked in, the entire sales team was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right vehicle instead of just making a sale. A special thank you to Merwan the Manager there and his sales team for going above and beyond throughout the entire process. Every question I had was answered honestly, pricing and financing were explained clearly, and I never felt pressured into making a decision. They took the time to make sure I understood all of my options and made the whole experience enjoyable. Buying a vehicle can be overwhelming, and it's easy for people to have different expectations. My advice is to ask a lot of questions and let them explain everything they were transparent, patient, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Ulises and Alex the sales managers were amazing. Merwan is probably the best salesman there. He took great care of me and getting my 2026 equinox I love this dealership with my whole life.

Horrible customer service and follow up! I bought a used Ford from them in February 2026. I had numerous issues with the car within 12 hours of leaving the lot. I brought it back within 24 hours. It took over 3 weeks for them to solve all the issues. While they did provide a loaner car, the lack of follow up was beyond infuriating. I had to cancel a road trip because the loaner car was an economy car, unlike the one I bought. Finally put all of that behind me and now it is June and the car registration has STILL not been sent into DMV. I have called and left MULTIPLE messages for Miguel in Finance but still cannot get a call back to let me know why MY CAR is not in MY NAME. I paid for it, no loan. So this should have been done already. Has Miguel called me back, NOPE. Has anyone from finance called me back, NOPE. Now my registration is due on the car and I am stuck. My fault for buying from them. Don't make the same mistake.
