Cochran Infiniti Monroeville

We’ve had nothing but good experiences with Cochran Infiniti. This car is our third Infiniti from l Cochran First of all the Infinitis rarely need service beyond routine maintenance items like oil changes, State inspection, etc which is the way it should be. At 30,000 miles I needed brakes this time and the cost was very substantially less than my German SUV. Gage was the surface advisor and he was a very personable and knowledgeable young man. When we picked the car up we were delighted that the car was freshly washed.

This place in nice. Not car dealership nice, it's on a whole new level. I was also helped within seconds of walking in. I went to the on site cafeteria to eat while I waited. Done quickly. I barely had time to look at all the cars on display, however they did not seem overpriced at all. Highly recommend.

Jerry , the service manger at Cochran Infiniti knows my car as well as anyone. My Infiniti Q50 just turned over 117,000 miles without ever having experienced one major mechanical failure. I credit that to Jerry and all the mechanics in his Service Department for their expert care. This last visit was for inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. My car was taken in a timely manner and it was explained in a very clear manner what other recommendations for regularly scheduled upkeep needed to be done. I trust Jerry's judgement and expertise, so I had them also do a flush of both the transmission and coolant systems. These were performed in a timely and efficient fashion. I have never had any problems in six years of dealing with Cochran Infiniti and I highly recommend them.

Jerry was an amazing help in letting me know everything that was going on and always answering questions when I had any. The shop did a good job replacing my turbos and getting the car in and out as fast as possible. Will definitely come back to Cochran for service if I need it

I had a tremendous experience at Cochran Infinity in Monroeville. I went to merely see if I would even be interested in an Infinity and left that afternoon driving one. Travis Wieland was the perfect salesperson for me. Was not pushy like some. I would have walked out if he had been. I feel that I was treated right and am very happy with my purchase. My recommendation to you is to go see Travis!
