Mind-boggling the lengths the staff at #1 Cochran Volkswagen go through for the customer. I just bought a 2026 VW Golf GTI SE from Cochran and I am completely in love with my car. I’m a lifelong VW person and thought I had a pretty decent knowledge of VWs. I was wrong. I am in awe of the walking encyclopedias (old-school carbon- [wood pulp] based pre-Google fonts of knowledge) each of the salespersons at Cochran are on the subject of VWs, new and old. And when I say they were running - RUNNING - all over the property to get answers to my questions or to help me, and that it was as hot as hades with burning sunshine that day, I’m not exaggerating. Thank you Jackson Corey (a star), Mike Heffley, and Scott O’Brien for convincing me I am their only VW customer in the world (you made me feel that special). Before that steamy day in late July, I used to say I’d rather have a root canal than go through the grueling process of buying a new car. Thank you for restoring my faith in the process. Excellent experience all around. From working with the sales manager Jess to order what we wanted, to the delivery with our sales associate Mike, to finalizing paperwork with Scott in F&I, everyone was helpful, patient, and thorough. No nonsense, no pressure, just knowledgeable friendly people. Great dealership since becoming a Cochran store.

Great service after the sale. My recently purchased vehicle had an in-correct item in place. The sales team initially had difficulty but were able to finally replace the item , several weeks after the vehicle was initially purchased. Great after sales customer service.

Ryan is knows the VW product line for sure! He was able to explain the differences in models and all features of each car. His post sale follow up has been great too! Highly recommend Ryan if you are looking for new vehicle.
